Kane Property Services (KPS) has been engaged by Ranbury Project Management to carry out remediation works to the Hillhaven Burleigh Heads Holiday Apartments complex on the Gold Coast.
Located on the tip of the Burleigh headland adjacent to Burleigh Heads National Park, the building was starting to shows signs of wear and tear from the coastal environment.
With the perimeter scaffold in place, our KPS team and specialist subcontractors are busy carrying out concrete remediation, installing new tiles and balustrades to balconies as well as re-cladding the entire eastern elevation....when not distracted by the views!
