Kane Constructions has been awarded a $47 million contract to design and construct 153 social housing dwellings for the New South Wales Department of Family and Community Services.
The new dwellings will be spread across two towers of eight and eleven levels.
Work will commence on site in August and is due for completion in early 2018.
Kane has delivered over 500 social housing dwellings in Victoria and over 50 in Queensland.
