Kane Constructions is well underway with construction of the latest offering from Settler’s Cove developer Cape Bouvard, the Emerald Apartments, now emerging from its commanding site overlooking Noosa Sound.
Cape Bouvard is pleased with progress on the third stage of its luxury apartment precinct, asserting Kane Constructions as an experienced and reputable builder capable of delivering the high standards already set by Settler’s Cove. Comprising 14 spacious and opulent apartments, the contract is worth more than $17m, which has been fed back into the Sunshine Coast economy through local sub-contractors and suppliers. The apartments - nine of which have already sold including two penthouses - will be completed with the finest finishes and inclusions, featuring natural stone, solid American oak doors and generous living areas.
Members of Kane’s Sunshine Coast project team are long term residents of the area. The challenges of getting out of the ground are now overcome and the team is aiming to deliver the Emerald apartments by the end of 2016.
