The $10m Lump Sum project involved the expansion and refurbishment of the former ATO office building located on Bank Street - the largest commercial office building in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

The exterior has been transformed with a modern extended façade and includes two new cafe outlets and a new foyer and landscaped area.

Each floor of the building has undergone a complete refurbishment with new T5 lighting and a roof terrace. The building targets a 5-star NABERS energy rating.

The project reached Practical Completion in early 2016.
