Kane was nominated as successful contractor on this $1.7m project in late 2011.
Works included redevelopment of three separate areas of the private hospital, being the Intensive Care Unit, Recovery Ward and expansion to include a new Operating Theatre.
The hospital remained operational throughout construction, requiring works and service isolations to take place around the busy hospital schedule. As the hospital had expanded and added areas on numerous times over the past 50 years, many existing services had to be identified and re-routed.
The project was completed in March 2012, with the client being very pleased with the outcome.
