Kane Constructions has been awarded the new $14 million Critical Care Unit and Short Stay Expansion Project at Angliss Hospital.
The new ICU will enable the Angliss Hospital to provide the latest technology to treat heart attacks, strokes, severe infections, organ failure and complications resulting from surgery.
The Lump Sum project includes the construction of a new Critical Care and executive admin office, decanting and enabling works, and refurbishment of the existing south block into a Short Stay Unit to deliver two Mental Health beds, eight paediatric beds and 16 adult acute short stay beds.
Kane look forward to partnering with our close friends at Johnstaff, Silver Thomas Hanley, Donald Cant Watts Corke, Bonacci Group and WSP Structures.
This project is set to reach Practical Completion in the third quarter of 2018.
