Kane Constructions recently completed a third project for the University of Sydney at the Camden Campus - The Camden Multiple Centre - in Sydney’s south west.
This follows the successful completion of two earlier projects and highlights the strong relationship developed with the University of Sydney and project manager Coffey Projects.
The first project involved the construction of new classroom facility consisting of multiple classrooms, toilet amenities and external soft and hard landscaping whilst the second project consisted of the construction of a new multi purpose lecture theatre including tiered seating, audio visual facilities, toilet facilities, indoor and outdoor breakout space as well as soft and hard landscaping.
The recently completed Camden Multiple Centre involved the construction of a new biological archive storage facility to house multiple freezers containing research projects. The building form is a steel structure, clad in metallic colourbond, containing an industrial coolroom as well as many essential services.
Works also included the refurbishment of the Veterinary Facility and upgrade of the Flammable Goods Store.
The ongoing works for the University of Sydney and Superintendent Coffey Projects highlights the mutual benefits derived from a commitment to building long-term relationships with our clients.
