Kane Constructions has been awarded the $7 million contract to construct a new luxury Day Spa at the RACV Royal Pines Resort in Surfers Paradise Queensland.
The new building will be located on the lake adjacent to the existing resort and will comprise an elevated platform with a distinctive tensile membrane roof.
Designed by Peddle Thorp Architects, with Accuraco as superintendant, construction works will commence on site in early February.
The Day Spa at RACV Royal Pines Resort will be the fourth project Kane Contructions has delivered for RACV.
The RACV Torquay Resort is fast approaching completion whilst expansions of the RACV City Club and RACV Cobram Resort were completed in 2008 2010 respectively.
