Geelong development Group Techne and Kane Constructions have won the right to build the new national headquarters of the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA).
The $120m project will be built on the former Carlton Hotel site in Malop St in Geelong’s CBD.
The Carlton Project will become Geelong’s most prominent commercial building providing over 15,000 square metres of A Grade office accommodation which will achieve a 6 Star Greenstar Sustainability rating and 5 Star NABERS energy rating.
We are thrilled to be partnering with Techne, Woods Bagot, Norman Disney & Young, Mordue Engineering, TGM, Spiire, McKenzie Group, Architecture & Access Tract and Johnstaff to design and deliver NDIA’s new headquarters.
Construction is expected to commence in April 2017.
