An example of the continued success, strength and commitment of Kane Constructions is our recently completed Brisbane office. Affectionately referred to as the 'Green Fox', the project has been registered with the Green Buildings Council of Australia for a Green Star Office v3 Design Rating. Key ESD principles have been integrated in to the design and construction including a mixed mode gas-fired VRV air conditioning system integrated with natural ventilation mode, rainwater harvesting for use in toilet flushing and irrigation, cement reduced concrete, recycled timber and steel, 'smart' building controls and passive design features such as deep eaves and high performance glass. Kane is the owner, developer, tenant, design manager, GBCA Accredited Professional and of course, builder for the project.
