Kane has been appointed as the Design and Construct contractor to deliver the $9 million Peters Ice Cream Head Office in Mulgrave, Victoria.
The redevelopment will provide a state of the art workplace for the Peters Ice Cream office staff, with the knowledge of a proposed completion to occur in March 2016.
The development comprises of:
- Single level office accommodation of 2,250 sqm gross floor area
- Central core comprising male and female amenities and disabled toilet
- Designed to achieve a minimum 4.5 star NABERS Energy Rating
- Provision of 78 under croft and 52 on grade car parking for staff and visitors with direct access to reception/waiting areas
- New crossover and building access from Anzed Court
- The new office will have good connection with the broader Peters site, by way of new pedestrian paths complemented by high quality landscaping
- All spaces and internal areas compliant to the BCA
- Construction will include integrated office fit out for Peters Ice Cream
