An extensive $15 million refurbishment of RMIT Building 1 (Francis Ormond Building) was recently completed by Kane Constructions with stunning results.
Destined to be an award winner for both construction and design, the project was designed by Peter Elliot Architecture and Urban Design and involved the creation of a new administrative headquarters for the university. In August 2010 the project was certified as 5 Star Green Star - Office Design v2.
