Star of the Sea Performing Arts Centre received a Special Commendation (Commercial Construction $5m-$10m) at the Victorian Master Builders Excellence in Construction Awards held on Friday night at the Palladium at Crown.
Contract Administrator Sam Birdseye and Site Manager Doug Putt were present to receive the award. Unfortunately Project Manager Monica Whyte was unable to attend and join in the celebrations.
Designed by Architectus the project was completed in 2011.
