Kane’s new Brisbane office “The Green Fox” was awarded best Commercial Building (Office Accommodation) up to $5m at the Queensland Master Builders Awards on Saturday night. This follows the High Commendation received at the AIB Professional Excellence in Building Awards in early June.
The Green Fox is a landmark building for Albion and Brisbane. Not only has the development exceeded the aspirations of the Albion Local Plan with its planning and design outcomes, it has also met Australian Best Practice for environmental design.
It is only through pushing the boundaries of good design and application of technology and materials that good innovation becomes mainstream practice. It is this aspect of the project for which we are most proud of, and the subsequent positive impacts this has on the built environment.
