Works are underway on the new Queanbeyan Police Station for NSW Police.
Kane will deliver the state-of-the-art and fit for purpose police station, with basement car parking and three above ground levels, and a new substation.
The project is being constructed adjacent the Queanbeyan Courthouse and Queanbeyan Museum, which has required detailed business continuity planning to ensure neighbouring stakeholders are not affected by the works on-site.
Following handover and NSW Police 'Go Live', the Kane team will defit the temporary Police Station at Morisset House in line with the end of lease 'Make Good' requirements for the tenancies and council owned car park.
The project is due for completion in January 2021.
We are pleased to continue to service NSW Police following completion of the Mt Druitt Police Station in October.
