The Green Building Council of Australia has recently certified our University of Melbourne $100m Western Edge Bioscience building (WEBS) and $63m Werribee Vet Redevelopment projects as 6 Star Green Star As-built V1.1. The projects were initially documented to achieve 5 Star Green Star however the University of Melbourne asked Kane to explore how a 6 Star rating could be achieved.
Post-tender, Kane collaborated with University of Melbourne, Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA) and consultants to achieve this terrific milestone.
