Friday night saw the Australian Institute of Building (AIB) hold their National Professional Excellence in Building Awards for 2020. The award ceremony was a little different this year, being live streamed via the AIB YouTube channel.
The AIB Awards are acknowledged through peer recognition. It is about ‘how it was built, not what was built’.
A big pat on the back to Senior Project Manager Will Gullifer who was recognised for his outstanding work leading his team in the successful delivery of the Cabrini Malvern Gandel Wing. Will received the Professional Excellence Award for Commercial Construction over $50 million – a hotly contested category.
Congratulations to Will and the Kane project team for a most deserved result.
