Kane Queensland’s DFO Jindalee Refurbishment project has been awarded the Excellence in Construction of Retail Facilities over $5 million award at the Queensland 2021 Housing & Construction Master Builders Awards. The project has also been shortlisted for the 2021 National Excellence in Building & Construction Awards being held in April 2022.
Kane Queensland’s DFO Jindalee Refurbishment reached Practical Completion in October 2020 and the newly transformed centre boasts a new dining precinct, BCF outlet, new façade and entrance, refreshed bathrooms, upgrades to thoroughfares and a Reading Cinemas.
The project was successfully delivered on time to a very high level of quality. It has transformed what was traditionally an outlet shopping experience into a true lifestyle and community precinct.
