Kane Constructions is pleased to introduce Gerard Stevens as the new General Manager of Kane Property Services in Queensland.
Kane Property Services (KPS) was established in Queensland in 2014 following demand from clients wanting a professional builder to complete small projects with high standards of quality, safety, and skills including cost planning, design management and general building advice, at a price point of a maintenance contractor.
KPS is backed by Kane Constructions and has a directly employed labour force backed by loyal subcontractors to manage maintenance based projects.
Gerard joined Kane in 2016 as a Contract Administrator before moving into a project management role in 2018 delivering new build and large refurbishment projects across the health, education and seniors living sectors.
With Gerard’s extensive experience and knowledge of the Kane systems and values, he is the perfect candidate to foster the continued growth and success of this division.
