Kane Constructions has been appointed to deliver the Mona Vale Surf Life Saving Club and Beach Amenities for Northern Beaches Council.
The new two-storey surf club, designed by Warren and Mahoney, will consist of a 70 seat café and a 90 seat restaurant and includes separate beach amenities and a lifeguard facility.
The new facility will be fit-for-purpose enabling lifeguards to focus on supporting the community and saving lives.
The project has now commenced on-site and is expected to be completed by January 2022.
