Kane Constructions is thrilled to announce the recent appointment by NSW Health Infrastructure to deliver the Stage 2 Multi-Storey Car Park Redevelopment at the Children’s Hospital in Westmead.
The new multi-storey car park is part of the NSW Government’s $619 million redevelopment. The Stage 2 Redevelopment is a significant expansion to paediatric health services in western Sydney.
The new car park includes close to 1,000 car parking spaces with future provision for a link bridge connecting the structure to the Children’s Hospital. The project includes new landscaping, pathways, and playground improvements.
Safety and staging within an operational environment will be Kane’s first priority. Strict measures will be in place to ensure minimal disruption to the surrounding hospital precinct.
The project furthers the Westmead Health Precinct as one of the largest health, research, education and training precincts in the world.
