Kane Constructions NSW is proud to announce that Brie Ranchhod has been recognised with the 2024 NSW NAWIC Achievement in Construction, Refurbishment, and Fitout Award.
As Design Manager for the Children's Hospital at Westmead Refurbishment project, Brie was instrumental in driving project success through her exceptional problem-solving and design leadership. Her agile approach to navigating complex challenges and developing innovative real-time solutions ensured seamless operational continuity throughout the delivery of this project.
Beyond her project work, Brie has been a champion of diversity and inclusion. She played a key role in establishing the Kane NSW Women in Construction (KWIC) community. Through KWIC, Brie drives collaboration that bonds and empowers the women of Kane. The community's initiatives foster connection, amplify diverse voices, and encourage the entrepreneurial spirit that underpins Kane's culture.
At Kane, we build more than structures—we build communities and solutions that make a difference. Brie's commitment to technical excellence, project collaboration and inclusion embodies the values we champion every day.
Congratulations, Brie, on this achievement!
