We are thrilled to announce that, in partnership with Nicholson Construction we have been awarded the 2024 Master Builders Association of Victoria - Western Region Award for Excellence in Commercial Construction over $20m for the Bendigo Law Courts Development project!
The delivery through a joint venture exemplified the perfect blend of Kane's technical knowledge on large-scale projects and Nicholson's local and regional expertise. This synergy was essential to the success of the Bendigo Law Courts Development, demonstrating our joint capability to deliver outstanding results in regional Victoria.
Key to our success was the dedicated Kane Nicholson team. Led by Paul Christian, Dean Stevens, Jack Fowler and supported by Jack Alam, Kurt Aleckson, Madison James, Dominic Moc-Saint Clare, Charlie Mann-O’Malley, and Rob McGregor. The team built strong relationships and lifelong friendships with everyone with the client, superintendent, design team, consultants, and subcontractors while delivering this exceptional project.
The Kane Nicholson team’s commitment to maximising regional contributions saw 47% of the workforce from Regional Victoria and 38% - 554 people, living within 100km of the project. Engaging the community throughout the construction journey resulted in overwhelmingly positive feedback from the local community.
