Kane Constructions is set to embark on an exciting new project in Torquay with the recent award of a $46.3 million Lump Sum contract to deliver the Surf Coast Aquatic and Health Centre. The new centre will feature an impressive indoor lap and squad swimming pool, learn-to-swim areas, and specialised warm water exercise and hydrotherapy pools. Complementing these aquatic amenities, the project will include a cutting-edge gym, versatile program spaces, and Allied Health suites, ensuring that the centre caters to a wide spectrum of fitness and therapeutic requirements.
