Kane Constructions has officially commenced works on the highly anticipated Performing Arts Centre at Kedron State High School, with a sod-turning ceremony to mark the occasion.
Held on Tuesday 25 March, the event brought together key members of the school and wider community, including the Honourable John-Paul Langbroek MP, Minister for Education, the Honourable Tim Nicholls MP, Minister for Health and Ambulance Services, Acting Principal Mr Shane Kiss, Deputy Principals, the P&C Executive, Student Leaders and the Kane team.
This Design and Construct project will deliver a contemporary facility that reflects the school’s commitment to fostering creativity and excellence in the performing arts. The purpose-built venue will provide state-of-the-art spaces for both students and staff, supporting performance, learning and community engagement.
The new Performing Arts Centre represents more than just a building. It is an investment in the future of Kedron’s young creatives and a space that will inspire collaboration, expression and growth for years to come.
Kane Constructions is proud to partner with the Department of Education and Kedron State High School to bring this exciting vision to life. We look forward to seeing the positive impact this facility will have on the school and the wider community.
