David Rutter

David joined Kane Constructions in 2000 having worked on several landmark projects including Melbourne’s Crown Casino and Federation Square. He was appointed as a Director in 2006.
David founded the Queensland branch of Kane in 2006 and is involved intimately in all Queensland projects from the time of tender through to completion. His main focus is to ensure that Kane delivers a quality project that meets all stakeholders expectations of success and to develop ongoing relationships with clients and consultants.
David holds a BSA Builder-Open Licence, as well as several tertiary qualifications including a Bachelor of Planning & Design (University of Melbourne), a Bachelor of Building (University of Melbourne), a Graduate Diploma of Property (RMIT University) and a Masters of Business Administration (University of Queensland).
He is also a member of the Property Council of Australia and the Queensland Master Builders Association.
