Completed in 2009, this $12m project involved the addition of four levels of new structure to the Australian Nurses Federation building in the Melbourne CBD.
Existing 4 storey office building extension involving addition of 3 no. new floors including demolition of existing roof to allow for extension works, structural steel frame fire rated with intumescent paint, lightweight precast concrete external walls, lightweight Bondek slabs, metal deck roofing, new mechanical plant room and equipment, as well as internal fit out of new floors and refurbishment of existing floor levels; all whilst the building remains occupied by the client.
