Kane Constructions were awarded the Baptcare Coasthaven Community project in the third quarter of 2017.
The Coasthaven project includes a 90 bed residential aged care facility and community hub.
The aged care facility is split over two levels and the project includes a cafe, kitchen, men's shed, playground and open spaces that are accessible to the local community.
We have enjoyed working with Baptcare to further develop this state-of-the-art facility for the benefit of the Norlane community.
In developing the Robin Avenue site, Baptcare is responding to community needs for affordable housing, social housing, aged care and employment generation.
This project reached Practical Completion ten days ahead of schedule in October 2018.
