Design and construct of $15 million exclusive beach front apartment complex in Cronulla.

Kane Constructions were engaged by Balvest Pty Ltd in 2010 via a negotiated design and construct contract to deliver this high end boutique apartment development located on the foreshore at Cronulla Beach.

Comprising twelve single level apartments, the project has been constructed to exacting standards - realising the sophisticated design by Candelapas Associates.

Works were completed in 2012.
