Kane Constructions was engaged by Project Urban under a Design & Construct contract to deliver the 12 Greber Road, Beerwah Social Housing, on the Sunshine Coast.
This project includes the construction of 33 architecturally designed units, 17 one-bedroom units and 16 two-bedroom units arranged in a two-storey townhouse format, respecting Beerwah's heritage character.
The complex provides both communal and private open spaces for residents, along with a dedicated community room featuring covered dining, a turf area, and gardens. These amenities are designed to support community engagement events, workshops, and meetings, fostering tenant interaction and a strong community spirit.
