Kane were awarded the Bendigo Health Care Group (BHCG) Superintendent's Residence and Barnard House project in the first half of 2017.
The project was delivered in two stages. The first stage consisted of the demolition of Barnard House, which was a double story brick building abutting an existing heritage building. The second stage consisted of the façade refurbishment of the heritage listed Superintendent’s Residence.
Works to the Superintendent’s Residence façade included the restoration of the brickwork and main front façade render, and the installation of new windows and roof.
This project completed the upgrade of several heritage listed buildings within the Bendigo Hospital Heritage Precinct.
The project reached Practical Completion in October 2017.
