This lump sum project involved the redevelopment of the Springwood Community and Cultural Facilities located in the Blue Mountains outside Sydney.
Along with refurbishment of existing facilities, a new 5400m2 two level building was constructed to house a neighbourhood centre, Community Services Offices, a 500 seat theatre, community dining room and kitchen, galleria and link building, childhood health centre, multipurpose function room and meeting spaces, council offices, library and car parking.
This MBA award winning project was completed in early 2015.
