The $10M redevelopment of Dawson Street creates a more pedestrian friendly environment and linkage to the Sunshine Aquatic Centre.
The Design & Construct project consists of the development of the existing Dawson St/George St site to include an iconic car parking facility with Dawson Street frontage consisting of six floors, 351 spaces (including four disabled car spaces), procurement and installation of new authority mains water, procurement and installation of new high voltage kiosk and all landscaping and paving works.
The project reached Practical Completion in late 2016.
