Kane were awarded the $7M Construction Management contract for the extension of the Canberra Airport Carpark 3 in January 2019.
The approximate 6,000m2 extension of the Level 1 suspended car park deck, along with civil reworks of the existing ground floor out door parking, has generated an additional 300 car spaces for Brindabella Business Park’s tenants. The scope of works also included two new entry structures, two new stairwells and a new perforated metal screen façade,
The project reached completion in Q4 2019.
