Kane Construction undertook the Design and Construct project for a new dual-court multipurpose hall at Capalaba State College's operational campus, in partnership with the Department of Education and Hammond & Neale.

The project included the construction of sports courts, a grandstand, classrooms, amenities, and back-of-house spaces, along with extensive external works like landscaping and a new carpark. With Kane's expertise, the project advanced efficiently, meeting the requirements of both the Department of Education and Capalaba State College, ultimately providing valuable facilities for the school and the Redlands community.

Despite adhering to embargo hours from 7:30am to 9:00am and 2:30pm to 3:30pm, Kane effectively managed deliveries and work schedules on-site, which offered ample space for storage and operations. By pre-planning deliveries and coordinating activities, Kane ensured minimal disruption.

Kane established a strong partnership with the school through collaboration and proactive problem-solving, resulting in a positive relationship with the client. Weekly meetings with subcontractors facilitated smooth communication and prompt resolution of any design challenges, contributing to the project's overall success.
