Following the successful delivery of the Chisholm TAFE Frankston Early Works project, Kane was awarded the $49 million Design and Construct contract to deliver the Chisholm TAFE Frankston Redevelopment (FCRP) Stage 2 Main Works project.
This phase involved the design and construction of a 9,600m² Student Experience Centre at Chisholm TAFE's Frankston campus. The new facility included bespoke learning hubs spread across three levels, all centered around a large atrium within the building.
The project also featured the creation of an outdoor precinct with an amphitheatre, seamlessly integrating Stage 1 with the surrounding community. The new outdoor space connected key local areas, including the nearby Peninsula Aquatic and Recreation Centre (PARC) and Frankston Station.
The new facilities were completed and opened for students at the end of January 2024.
