This $36 million project comprised the design and construction of 85 apartments in three, multi-storey residential apartment buildings, with three level 154 space basement car park.
Extensive landscaping of the site has been undertaken.
The apartments comprise 20, one bedroom apartments, 44 two bedroom apartments, 20 three bedroom apartments, and one four bedroom apartment.
Associated infrastructure works included stormwater, sewer, electrical, pavements, fire hydrant system and on-site stormwater detention tanks.
Works commenced in 2016 and works were completed in December 2017.
