Design and Construct Contract to deliver the $30 million Moore College Resource and Research Centre project.
Located at 1 King Street, Newtown, at the corner of King Street and Carillon Avenue, Moore College is the theological training college for the diocese of Sydney Anglican Church of Australia.
The College is one of the largest Anglican seminaries in the world and houses Moore College Library, which is the largest theological library in the Southern Hemisphere.
The building comprises one basement level and six levels of building (approximately 7,800sqm GFA) and is the first stage of a long term Master Plan for the coordinated redevelopment of the College.
Designed by Allen Jack + Cottier Architects, the project reached Practical Completion in 2016.
