This $7 million project was delivered by fixed price lump sum contract with works being completed in December 2007.
Located in Geelong in regional Victoria, the project was split into two stages.
Stage 1 involved the complete refurbishment of the Administration, Library and Science Buildings.
Whilst Stage 2 involved the complete refurbishment of the Middle School and Arts & Technology Buildings.
Works involved demolishing and gutting the buildings leaving only the existing portal frame and roof. This was followed by a complete refurbishment of the above named buildings.
The construction works were completed whilst the school remained operational.
