Kane Constructions has been engaged by Levande and GRC Quantity Surveyors to complete the design and construction of 51 retirement living apartments under a Design and Construct contract, within the operational grounds of the Pine Lakes Village at Elanora on the Gold Coast.
Extensive works include the construction of a basement car park, 51 apartments over three-storeys, external works and an entry road upgrade.
Key challenges for the team will include significant basement dewatering and retention and delivery of the large-scale project within an operational retirement community.
