Promenade Tower

Kane Constructions completed this $21m design and construct apartment tower in early November 2009.

The ten level building comprises 29 luxury dwellings with uninterrupted views over Eastern Beach, Geelong. The project was delivered on budget and ahead of program to uncompromising standards of quality.

Construction included precast driven piles, post tensioned suspended slabs, high performance glazing, frameless glass showers and european appliances. Works were completed without a tower crane.
