As a result of expansion works at the Sunshine Hospital, including the construction of the Joan Kirner Woman’s and Children’s Hospital, there was an immediate need to increase the car parking capacity for staff and public on the hospital’s campus.
Kane Constructions was engaged by Western Health to design and construct a new multi level car park with capacity to house 5,000m2 of tenancy space for Victoria University.
The car park delivers 1,100 car spaces for both staff and visitor parking and was completed in 2019.
