In December 2023, Kane Constructions was engaged by the Department of Housing, Local Government, Planning, and Public Works to Design and Construct a social housing project at 6 Tallow Street, Inala.
This project comprises a three-bedroom unit, two one-bedroom Platinum units, nine one-bedroom Gold units, and two one-bedroom general units. The two-level building, constructed with cross-laminated timber, features on-grade parking and passenger lifts.
Kane is proud to collaborate with the Department of Housing, Local Government, Planning, and Public Works on this initiative, with Practical Completion anticipated in January 2025.
