The Telstra divestment project consisted of the construction of new plant rooms, fire stairs and vent shafts to enable the relocation of critical building services.
Following these relocation's, the building was demolished in sections and a new boundary wall was constructed to separate the existing property from the divested property.
A significant portion of the work is taking place in the services tunnels located under the Melbourne CBD.
