In quarter one of 2019, Kane Constructions was awarded the $12M Victoria University College of Health & Biomedicine Fit-out Stage 3 project.
The scope of works consisted of a two level internal fit-out of the Victoria University Health & Biomedicine tenancy (including associated external plant and equipment), within a new base-building shell delivered by Western Health.
The 5,000m2 of tenancy space for Victoria University sits within the recently delivered Sunshine Hospital Multi Deck Car Park project, delivered by Kane.
The project comprises new teaching facilities, offices and mock nursing suites.
This project reached Practical Completion in the last quarter of 2019.
