In December 2019, Kane Constructions was awarded the Design and Construct contract to deliver the VSBA New Schools 2021 - Bundle 3 project.
Kane successfully delivered the Bundle 2 project as part of the VSBA’s 2021 school program on Greenfield sites in the north and west of Melbourne.
The Bundle 3 Project comprises:
- New Schools 2021 Program Bundle 3A; and
- New Schools 2021 Program Bundle 3B
The four schools are:
- Cranbourne West Secondary College
- Edenbrook Secondary College
- Ramlegh Park Primary School
- Orchard Park Primary School
Ramlegh Park Primary School, Timbertop Primary School and Stage 1 of the Cranbourne West Secondary College and Edenbrook Secondary College reached Practical Completion in November 2020, with the new schools opening for students on Day 1 of Term 1 2021.
Kane delivered Stage 2 of the Edenbrook Secondary College and Cranbourne West Secondary College in the second quarter of 2022.
