In March 2017, Kane Constructions was awarded the Construction Management Contract to deliver the Western Health Footscray Hospital South Block Interim Works Project.
The project scope consisted of service upgrades to the existing building and remedial works on the building façade and roof.
Further works included the refurbishment of ward bathrooms, corridor floor finishes, power generation replacement and civil works.
All works were delivered in a fully operational hospital environment.
This project reached Practical Completion in the third quarter of 2019.
